Seeking a full-time Principal Software Engineer specializing in Site Reliability, this remote opportunity involves leading the reliability roadmap, providing technical leadership, and mentoring team members to ensure the Agentforce Operations platform is robust and scalable.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas, transitioning systems to global-scale enterprise solutions
- Provide expert technical insights and guidance to steer the team's direction and architecture
- Maintain and evolve automated environments, enhancing the "infrastructure-as-plugins" model for better developer experience
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or Backend Engineering with a focus on operations and scale
- Proven experience in scaling products through high-growth phases, addressing technical debt and architectural shifts
- Expertise in production-grade coding in Golang, TypeScript, or Python
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and AWS/GCP/Azure
- Demonstrated experience with observability and monitoring practices in distributed systems
