Job Summary
As a remote full-time Principal Software Engineer specializing in Agentic UX, the successful candidate will design and deliver intuitive conversational AI experiences, bridging the gap between AI capabilities and user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver intuitive conversational and agentic AI experiences, prioritizing seamless user interactions
- Shape user experiences by connecting AI reasoning with clear, usable interfaces
- Collaborate in a team-first environment, sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates to enhance technical skills
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing software products, preferably with TypeScript/React and Python/FastAPI
- 3+ years of experience in developing conversational or agentic AI applications
- 5+ years of experience leading projects or teams
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS
