Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Principal Software Engineer will collaborate with product teams to create secure and scalable software solutions, automate infrastructure, and enhance production resiliency through custom coding and testing.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and product management to develop software solutions and document quality standards
- Write custom code for infrastructure automation and perform destructive testing to ensure production resiliency
- Identify product enhancements and implement technical solutions to improve user experience and security
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in a related occupation, with 5 years in designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouse architectures
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud-native databases like BigQuery
- Experience with Data Governance, Security, and Role-Based Access Controls
- Familiarity with CI/CD toolchains and version control systems like Git
