Working remotely, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will develop flexible and maintainable solutions, enhance existing systems, and participate in planning and user story analysis while adhering to software development processes.

- Develop and maintain software solutions following established guidelines and best practices
- Review and enhance existing systems by addressing issues and improving performance

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of experience in a professional technical environment
- 6+ years of software design and development experience
- Hands-on experience with the Appian low-code platform and integrating it with external systems
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean or Kanban
