Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Principal Software Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution while collaborating with various teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and oversee modernization efforts and cloud scalability
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Professional certification in EDIFECS
