Job Summary
To support complex customer opportunities, the full-time Principal Solutions Architect will develop innovative RFID and automation solutions, guiding technical direction and ensuring alignment with business value while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own solution development for strategic customer opportunities, ensuring architectural robustness and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with Account Managers and technical teams to design and position solutions that align with the company's go-to-market strategy
- Lead customer discovery workshops and technology briefings to uncover requirements and facilitate the solution handover process
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in presales, technical consultancy, or architecture roles within a technology provider or systems integrator
- Strong track record of customer-facing engagements and solution ownership
- Relevant vendor or industry training and certifications in RFID, machine vision, or industrial automation
- Experience with professional and managed services models
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
