Principal Strategic Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders across Homes and Marketing, the remote eligible Principal Strategic Finance Analyst will focus on growing high-quality host supply by managing lead generation performance, conducting full-funnel analytics, and optimizing sales operations while providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own forecasting, goal setting, and executive reporting for lead generation, connecting lead volume and quality to activation and revenue
• Analyze conversion rates and vendor productivity to identify areas for improvement in the lead generation process
• Optimize sales operations across various channels, including capacity planning and incentive structures

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in an analytical role such as strategic finance, management consulting, or financial planning and analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to influence senior leadership decisions
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations clearly
• Preferred experience in lead generation and marketing efficiency analysis
