Job Summary

Driving strategic transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Strategic Transformation will manage cross-functional changes, analyze progress, and implement solutions using artificial intelligence tools to ensure effective execution of the company's evolving strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Hold a comprehensive view of initiatives, maintaining a clear understanding of progress and routes to success
• Ensure effective execution of transformation work by managing agendas, materials, and decision-making processes
• Conduct thorough analysis of baselines and business cases, tracking benefits and identifying deviations from expected outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects without direct authority
• Strong proficiency with modern artificial intelligence tools, including the ability to build applications and automations
• Comfortable presenting to executives and working with financial data in spreadsheets
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks independently and manage shifting priorities
• Fluency in written and spoken English
