Principal System Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the integration, validation, and performance optimization of next-generation Open RAN 5G NR base-station solutions, the full-time Principal System Integration Engineer will lead system integration and testing efforts while collaborating with various engineering and customer-facing teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system integration and testing of 5G NR RAN algorithms and features, establishing priorities and technical acceptance criteria
• Define and execute system-level test strategies to evaluate functionality and performance against product designs and specifications
• Investigate and resolve complex integration and performance issues, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance or currently hold an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in LTE and/or 5G radio access network system integration and performance engineering
• Strong understanding of 5G NR and/or LTE radio protocols and RAN architecture
• Hands-on experience with radio-frequency test equipment and system-level performance analysis
