Principal Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-native solutions, the full-time Principal Systems Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and models while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents, assistants, and reusable skills that address real-world challenges for the organization and its clients
- Rapidly develop MVPs and collaborate with engineering teams to transition them into reliable, production-ready systems
- Establish evaluation metrics and processes to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of deployed solutions
Required qualifications
- Expertise in multi-agent AI solutions with a proven track record of deploying functional AI agents and assistants
- Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks and developer tools, including SDKs from top providers
- Strong skills in building test sets, defining metrics, and conducting evaluations for AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs, tools, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with containerization technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
