Job Summary
To support the Business Lifecycle Solutions team, the remote Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate complex Enterprise Resource Management solutions while applying systems engineering principles and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Systems, Software, Hardware, and Specialty Engineering teams to ensure cohesive integration of solutions
- Utilize SysML and tools like Cameo Systems Modeler/DOORS to manage and review models for compliance with organizational standards
- Communicate technical findings and approaches at program reviews while applying creativity to solve complex engineering problems
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 3 years with a Master's, or 1 year with a PhD; 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development and integration
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) such as System Requirements Reviews and Test Readiness Reviews
- Proficiency in Agile workflows, including sprint planning and iterative delivery
- Experience with horizontal integration across multiple subsystems and engineering disciplines
