Principal Systems Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical authority, the full-time Principal Systems Lead will provide architectural leadership for cooling and power product platforms, ensuring coherence across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems while working remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall system architecture and define modular design strategies for product scalability and maintainability
• Govern product variant strategies to support diverse capacities and regional compliance, ensuring structured implementation
• Establish and maintain CAD architecture standards and engineering best practices to enhance long-term design consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in designing and architecting complex electromechanical systems
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and drive execution without direct supervisory authority
• Deep understanding of modular design, product platforms, and lifecycle scalability
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple engineering disciplines
