Principal TA Systems Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical stack for Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote Principal TA Systems Architect will manage system configurations, integrations, and vendor relationships while driving improvements in TA processes and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner and top-tier administrator for Greenhouse, GoodTime, and BrightHire, managing configurations and workflows
• Oversee the integration of TA systems with HRIS and other tools, ensuring clean data flows and compliance
• Build and maintain a multi-quarter TA systems roadmap, evaluating new tools and managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR or TA systems, with hands-on ownership of an ATS at scale, preferably Greenhouse
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Deep administrative expertise in at least one core recruiting platform and technical fluency with REST APIs and middleware tooling
• Experience integrating ATS with HRIS and understanding downstream recruiting data
• Strong vendor management experience, including renewals and escalations
