Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience within the Workday ecosystem, focusing on data migration and integration development
- Proficiency in ETL, SQL/MySQL, and data tooling, with a strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
- Experience leading data requirements sessions and collaborating with cross-organizational partners
- Familiarity with AI concepts and data conversion technologies such as iLoad and EIB
- Participation in at least one full life cycle software implementation
