Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical leader, the full-time remote Principal Technical Lead will guide architecture, solution design, and strategic technology decisions while leading the modernization and integration of complex applications within the Clinical and Communications Systems portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives to design, develop, and integrate complex information systems
- Independently manage and deliver large projects, ensuring high-quality execution throughout the development lifecycle
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical mentoring and support to engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of systems and programming experience
- At least 3 years of experience with information technology concepts and application development methodologies
- Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language used at the company
- Proven ability to lead large and complex projects with successful outcomes
