Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To define and drive the product strategy for enterprise non-human identity, the remote Principal Technical Product Manager will manage the product vision, establish a multi-year roadmap, and influence cross-functional teams while focusing on authentication, authorization, and governance in a rapidly evolving healthcare identity ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise non-human and agentic identity capabilities
• Drive alignment across various teams including authentication, security, and AI platforms
• Define authentication, authorization, and governance processes for agents and workloads

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in identity, security, or related technical enterprise products
• Demonstrated experience in identity and access management (IAM) and cybersecurity domains
• Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering, architecture, and product teams
• Experience in defining product strategy and measurable business outcomes for enterprise-scale capabilities
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex identity and security concepts to technical and executive audiences
