Job Summary
To support a growing technical program management organization, the full-time remote Principal Technical Program Manager will oversee the lifecycle of complex systems programs, focusing on reliability improvements and disaster recovery solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into technical systems problems and prioritize them for action
- Define and manage specific systems programs, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address dependencies and deliver reliable disaster recovery solutions
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience working with software teams, with 4+ years in a Technical Program Management or Technical Product Management role
- Experience with various Datastores including S3, DynamoDB, SQL, and Elasticsearch
- Proficiency in Agile software development processes and managing complex, cross-divisional technical programs
- Strong background in designing and building backend software systems and influencing system architecture
