Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the FinOps strategy for cloud, vendor, and AI cost management, the full-time Principal Technical Program Manager will define and optimize financial operations while building frameworks for AI cost management and driving technical cost optimization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously reassess the FinOps strategy for cloud, vendor, and AI cost management
• Analyze usage and contracts to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable cost reduction strategies
• Oversee multiple cost-optimization initiatives and manage cross-functional dependencies while reporting to leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience owning both strategy and execution for cloud, vendor, or AI cost optimization programs
• Deep knowledge of the AI vendor landscape, including pricing models and optimization techniques
• Technical expertise in cloud architecture and cost management sufficient to build or evaluate dashboards and automation
• Proven track record of running large, cross-organizational programs
• Strong executive communication skills to translate complex technical and cost trade-offs for leadership
