Job Summary
To support complex business and technology transformations, the full-time remote Principal Transformation Consultant will partner with senior leaders to define strategies, manage governance, and drive organizational change while leveraging practical technology and AI insights.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current-state capabilities and define transformation strategies, operating models, and measurable outcomes
- Design and improve portfolio governance, facilitating strategic alignment and performance management
- Evaluate change impacts and define integrated organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management, technology, or transformation consulting with substantial senior client-facing leadership
- Proven leadership of complex business or technology transformations from strategy through execution and value realization
- Strong consulting capabilities in structured problem solving, analysis, and executive storytelling
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and governance, including prioritization and performance execution
- Practical experience in operating models and organizational change management related to technology-enabled transformation
