Job Summary
To support the development of analytics products, the full-time Principal UI/UX Designer will own the user experience strategy and design for dashboards and AI-enabled analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience strategy, UX, and UI design for analytics products, including dashboards and AI-assisted workflows
- Define the integration of AI and traditional analytics experiences to enhance user interactions and decision-making processes
- Lead user discovery, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure analytics products effectively meet user needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design with a focus on data-rich products
- Demonstrated expertise in designing analytics and dashboard experiences
- Deep proficiency in design tools such as Figma, along with wireframing and prototyping skills
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and explain design rationale effectively
