Principal UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning the product-experience architecture, the full-time Principal UX Designer will manage UX standards, design systems, and validation approaches in a fully remote environment, delivering complex design work and ensuring coherent experiences across the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Define navigation, information architecture, and experience principles across various user workflows while personally designing complex cross-product experiences
- Govern and evolve shared components, patterns, and accessibility standards, collaborating with the UX Design Lead and Engineering teams
- Set research and usability standards, execute validation processes, and deliver implementation-ready specifications for design work
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product or UX design with a focus on complex production workflows
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, research, and design systems
- Proven ability to lead through hands-on judgment and cross-functional influence
- Practical fluency with Figma or equivalent design tools
- Experience using usability metrics to inform design priorities
