Job Summary
Working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment, the full-time Principal Workday People Analytics Advisor will develop and implement advanced analytics strategies using Workday People Analytics and AI, partnering with leadership to translate complex HR data into actionable insights for workforce planning and organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partners with leadership to create a comprehensive Workday People Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in workforce analytics or HR data analysis
- Expertise in Workday People Analytics and reporting tools
- Proven ability to develop and interpret dashboards and KPIs for business decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
