Principal Workforce Planning

Job Summary

Partnering with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, the full-time Principal Workforce Planning will drive the Blackbaud India workforce strategy, focusing on strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Enable workforce strategy by modeling strategic scenarios and translating direction into multi-year transition roadmaps
• Leverage AI for workforce modeling, forecasting, and reporting while tracking progress against plans and surfacing risks
• Serve as a trusted contact for leaders, managing hiring operations and ensuring alignment across Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Technology

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, transformation, or complex program leadership, preferably in a SaaS or product-led organization
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multi-year, cross-organizational initiatives with a strong track record of orchestrating cross-functional work
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate strategy into executable plans
• Strong communication skills to influence decisions and bridge complex considerations with business priorities
• Experience managing confidential, high-sensitivity planning initiatives
