Seeking a full-time remote RFP Print Buying and Pricing Analyst, the successful candidate will manage print buying and sourcing for RFP opportunities, analyze market data and supplier quotes, and develop pricing recommendations to support competitive customer proposals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead print buying and sourcing activities for RFPs, including vendor quote management and pricing workbook development
- Analyze customer requirements and market data to evaluate pricing competitiveness and recommend sourcing alternatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and support data-driven pricing decisions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in print buying, sourcing, or pricing analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, or a related field
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet and reporting tools for analyzing pricing and supplier quotes
- Strong understanding of print production processes and cost drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
