Job Summary

Managing print curriculum projects remotely on a contract basis, the Print Project Manager will oversee project execution from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals while collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing project management software.

Key responsibilities

• Manage print projects for English and Spanish products, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
• Utilize project management tools to track project statuses and facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Organize and lead weekly Print Production status meetings to monitor progress and address potential risks

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in an education or print production environment
• Experience using project management software such as JIRA and Monday
• Strong empathy for educators and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills
