Privacy Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the execution of complex privacy assessments, the full-time Privacy Analyst will manage privacy risk across products and platforms, collaborating with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end privacy assessments for new products and features, synthesizing findings and driving remediation with cross-functional partners
• Map regulatory requirements against the privacy common controls framework and identify necessary control updates
• Track privacy requirements throughout the product lifecycle, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution with business owners

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in technology risk management focused on privacy or security, with hands-on experience in privacy assessments
• Demonstrated ability to map regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, ePrivacy) to operational controls
• Experience translating privacy legal guidance into functional requirements and actionable remediation plans
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent assessments while balancing strategic priorities
• Familiarity with applying privacy principles to blockchain and web3 products or a willingness to develop this expertise rapidly
