Privacy and AI Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing AI-first platform, the full-time Privacy, Security, and AI Compliance Specialist will manage and maintain privacy, security, and compliance frameworks across global operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of the Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) and related compliance frameworks
- Conduct privacy reviews, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and maintain documentation for compliance with various privacy and security standards
- Coordinate AI governance efforts, including maintaining an inventory of AI systems and managing regulatory obligations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in privacy, security compliance, IT audit, GRC, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of security and privacy frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and maintaining compliance registers across multiple frameworks
- Working knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA
- Experience performing risk assessments, internal audits, and privacy reviews
