Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Director will manage day-to-day operations, align privacy strategies with business needs, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes
- Provide mentorship on privacy regulations to business teams and translate requirements into practical processes
- Assess privacy risks and implement mitigation measures to reduce regulatory exposure across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, or related enterprise programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
