Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Director will manage the privacy strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations while partnering with various teams to integrate privacy into business processes and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise privacy program and governance processes
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and provide mentorship to business teams
- Assess privacy risks and implement mitigation measures to reduce regulatory exposure across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in leading privacy, compliance, governance, or related enterprise programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
