Privacy Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the critical liaison between Legal, Technology, Product, and Security teams, the full-time remote Privacy Manager will ensure privacy requirements are effectively translated into scalable processes and technical implementations, with a focus on supporting wearable technology initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal to interpret privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams to translate privacy requirements into technical and operational controls
- Lead privacy-by-design initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in privacy, information governance, compliance, cybersecurity, product management, or a related discipline
- Experience working across legal and technical teams to implement privacy requirements
- Working knowledge of major privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
