Privacy Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the global privacy/data protection program, the full-time remote Privacy Manager will manage privacy operations, conduct assessments, and advise cross-functional teams on privacy compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core privacy program operations, including privacy rights requests and incident coordination
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and develop mitigation plans for identified risks
• Lead cross-functional privacy projects and monitor progress to ensure timely completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, public policy, business administration, information systems, or a related field
• Five to eight years of experience in privacy, data protection, or related program management
• Practical knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with privacy program areas such as data mapping and incident response
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
