Privacy Manager, Product

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Privacy Manager, Product will manage privacy operations, conduct assessments, and develop documentation to ensure compliance with global data protection laws in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather data flow information and assess privacy risks
• Conduct privacy reviews and support the development of privacy documentation for formal approval
• Manage multiple documents in review stages, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance within a technology environment
• Strong knowledge of global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their application
• Proven experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and supporting privacy-by-design initiatives
• Demonstrated program management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from planning through execution
• Preferred certifications such as AIGP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT
