Privacy Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Operations Lead will manage privacy risk assessments, maintain data flow maps, and translate privacy regulations into actionable requirements for engineering and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer and prospect privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and transfer impact assessments end to end
• Build and maintain accurate data flow maps and records of processing across various deployment models
• Define privacy requirements for product and infrastructure changes and drive implementation with relevant teams

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in privacy operations, legal operations, or technical privacy and compliance
• Demonstrated ownership of privacy operational systems at scale, including data maps and DSAR workflows
• Practical, applied experience with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regulations
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand data flows through infrastructure
• Clear writing skills for producing documents relied upon by customers, auditors, and engineers
