Privacy Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-volume privacy operations function, the remote contract Privacy Operations Specialist will manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and related privacy compliance processes while coordinating across cross-functional teams and handling multiple workflows under strict regulatory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and deletion requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
• Triage incoming requests, prioritize workload, and manage high-volume backlogs effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and communicate progress on outstanding requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Privacy Operations, Compliance Operations, or a related field
• Direct experience handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and privacy inquiries
• Strong understanding of privacy compliance processes and regulatory deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Jira with experience managing large ticket volumes
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
