Privacy Paralegal II

Job Summary

Providing substantive support for the organization's global privacy program, the full-time Privacy Paralegal II will manage contract reviews, privacy rights requests, compliance tracking, and legal research in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the global data protection compliance strategy and governance processes
• Independently manage routine data subject rights requests and coordinate responses, including drafting and resolution
• Draft and maintain privacy policies, procedures, notices, and training materials while monitoring developments in global privacy laws

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• 2-5 years of privacy, compliance, legal operations, or paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of GDPR and other major privacy frameworks
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
