Job Summary
Supporting the development and operations of privacy technology solutions, the full-time Privacy Product Specialist will collaborate with Product Managers, Legal, and Engineering to translate business and regulatory requirements into product enhancements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in executing the privacy product roadmap and delivering strategic initiatives
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, product documentation, and process flows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, privacy operations, or compliance technology
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Interest in privacy, compliance, governance, or enterprise technology solutions
