Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Program Director will manage privacy strategy, governance processes, and risk assessments while collaborating with various business teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes
- Provide practical privacy mentorship to business teams and translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes
- Assess and manage privacy risks through a risk-based framework and oversee privacy impact assessments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
