Privacy Program Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Privacy Program Manager, this role will manage and enhance ElevenLabs' global privacy program by translating legal requirements into operational processes and driving key privacy initiatives across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve the global privacy program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate privacy compliance workflows across multiple frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
- Oversee privacy impact assessments and partner with cross-functional teams to implement privacy-by-design practices
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in privacy program management, compliance, or related fields, preferably in a technology or AI company
- Demonstrated experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy frameworks
- Technical understanding of data flow diagrams and system architectures related to privacy
- Experience managing consent management platforms and compliance with tracking technologies
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM are a plus
