Privacy Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of privacy operations, the full-time salaried Sr. Privacy Program Manager will own key aspects of the privacy program, manage data subject requests, and conduct privacy impact assessments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale core parts of the privacy and data governance program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for privacy escalations and data subject requests
- Lead privacy impact assessments for new products and features, and run privacy reviews for AI tools
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or technology program management, with 4-5 years focused on privacy operations
- Working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, GDPR, and HIPAA
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for privacy-related tasks
- Experience with privacy tech platforms such as OneTrust or TrustArc
- Bachelor's degree; CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT certification preferred
