Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the engagement health of the PrivacyPro customer portfolio, the full-time Privacy Program Optimization Manager will monitor program performance, proactively intervene with at-risk accounts, and build reporting cadences to ensure effective privacy compliance across health systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engagement health across the PrivacyPro customer base, ensuring at-risk accounts have intervention plans
• Define and maintain engagement metrics, publishing regular updates and executive summaries on portfolio health
• Proactively diagnose gaps in account performance and re-engage customers through established communication touchpoints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, healthcare administration, compliance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or health information management
• Direct experience with healthcare privacy programs, including monitoring and HIPAA compliance workflows
• Preferred credentials: CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or RHIA
• Familiarity with patient privacy monitoring technology and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA/HITECH
