Job Summary
Supporting privacy management processes, the full-time Privacy Specialist will administer and optimize privacy, compliance, and legal technology platforms, focusing on OneTrust and related applications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy platforms, managing configurations, workflows, and user access
- Support privacy operations by developing assessments and compliance processes, partnering with legal and privacy teams for regulatory implementation
- Gather business requirements to design process improvements and automation solutions, while providing user support and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Operations, Privacy, Compliance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience with privacy, legal, governance, compliance, or workflow platforms
- Proficiency in configuring assessments, workflows, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management
