Job Summary
Supporting the operation and improvement of private access services, the full-time Private Access Engineer will troubleshoot connectivity issues, manage application onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engineering and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including troubleshooting and service improvements
- Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to design and implement secure private access solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures to enhance service reliability and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of related experience, preferably with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar technologies
- Knowledge of identity and authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, or Okta
- Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with log analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
