Job Summary

To enhance client engagement, the fully remote Private Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, delivering a luxury shopping experience while developing and nurturing customer relationships before transitioning them to Private Client Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch, luxury shopping experience to new clients across various channels
• Develop new customers through personalized styling and service, facilitating their transition to PCA books
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, clienteling, or customer service roles
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and luxury client expectations
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Client-first mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
