Private Event Planner
Job Summary
A company in the Creative Services industry is seeking a Private Event Planner.
Position Responsibilities:
- Understand event requirements and details
- Plan and organize events with attention to time and capacity constraints
- Coordinate with Regional and Store Managers to schedule private events in studio
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in customer service, retail, event planning, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, Slack and ZenDesk, or Kustomer
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate events
