Privileging Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the hospital privileging process for healthcare providers, the full-time remote Privileging Consultant will ensure the completion of privileging applications and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all tasks related to hospital privileging for healthcare providers in Sound Physicians programs
• Request and facilitate the return of complete privileging applications and required supporting documentation
• Communicate privileging updates effectively to Chief Medical Officers, Regional Leadership, and other stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Prior experience in the health services industry or in a similar administrative/project management role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and data sources simultaneously
• Experience in effective communication with various levels of management
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for data entry and maintenance
