Pro Network Manager
Job Summary
Focused on ensuring the health and performance of a network of landscape contractors, the full-time remote Pro Network Manager will manage contractor coverage, drive performance, and oversee pipeline conversion to enhance client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality contractor coverage across core and strategic partner markets
- Serve as the primary relationship partner for contractors, setting performance expectations and coaching as needed
- Monitor contractor opportunities from initial matching through to signed build contracts, using data to improve pipeline progression
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in contractor management, account management, or related fields
- Experience in landscaping, residential construction, or home services
- Proven track record of managing contractors against performance expectations
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to lead constructive performance conversations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a high volume of partners and opportunities
