Proactive Threat Hunting Team Principal Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer - ProActive Threat Hunting Team (PATH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate hypotheses and conduct proactive threat hunting activities
• Identify and track threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Investigate and report on cyber threat hunt findings and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of recent experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer
• Subject matter expertise in areas such as Cyber Threat Hunting, Malware Analysis, and Digital Forensics
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience with using a Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platform
