Process and AI Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the evaluation of new business ventures, the full-time remote Process and AI Analyst will manage a multi-stage venture evaluation pipeline, build dashboards and AI-enabled tools, and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the venture evaluation process, identifying and resolving friction points
• Design and build dashboards and reporting tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility into the opportunity pipeline
• Utilize AI tools to organize data and develop working tools, refining them based on user feedback

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in a role with ownership of building tools, such as in startup operations or corporate innovation
• A portfolio showcasing personally built dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create real working solutions
• Proficiency with dashboarding or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to prepare clear written communication for leadership-ready summaries
