Process Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise AI and business process automation initiatives, the fully remote Process Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service, and Power Platform, while collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents and workflows using Microsoft technologies, ensuring performance and accuracy
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports to automate business processes and enhance data integration
- Lead discovery sessions to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and coordinate project delivery with various teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of experience in application development and business process automation
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and generative AI solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs
- Proven ability to manage the full solution lifecycle and train nontechnical users effectively
