Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Consultant III to support continuous improvement projects within the Consumer Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance daily operations
- Collaborate with the claims department to optimize the onboarding experience
- Develop an innovative SharePoint site for process documentation and mapping
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in business process, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
- Experience in end-to-end process development and process design
- Ability to collaborate with business partners across multiple platforms and levels of leadership
- Proven expertise using process tools for documentation and mapping
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
